RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 1 Work closely with the Technical Documentation Manager to provide accurate, concise content for use by technicians, end users and internal system. 2 Ensure that documentation is kept accurate and up-to-date. 3 Work from resource material from engineers, service personnel and 3rd parties to provide high-quality text content for User Manuals, Service Manuals, Spare Parts Manuals, Care Instructions, etc. in English. 4 You will report to Technical Documentation Team Leader/Manager and interact closely with Services Manager and other staff. 5 Job often requires working on your own and foreseeing solutions to potential future problems. 6 Job requires being detail oriented and thorough in completing work tasks. 7 The position involves close and frequent contact internally and externally with technical, service and engineering staff, as well as outside vendors.
