**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Merchandiser** to join a fast-growing apparel organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of textile and garment processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of merchandising activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in end-to-end merchandising activities including sampling, production follow-ups, and order execution
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
* Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation related to orders, timelines, and production status
* Track production progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
* Prepare and manage Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports for planning and monitoring
* Support cost analysis, price negotiations, and quality checks as required
* Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and client requirements
* Provide regular updates to management on project status, risks, and solutions

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, etc.)
