Get to Know Your Team:
- Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.
Responsibilities - Responsible for assisting in conducting medically prescribed therapy treatments to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Provides non-clinical support services to the therapist to include but not limited to maintaining patient treatment areas and basic clerical support.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- CPR Certified.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy technician program or comparable experience.
- One (1) year of experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or outpatient setting as a therapy technician.
