Job Description

Training Administrative Assistant Location Raleigh, NC (Central area) : Overview: Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine's “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the corporate Training team in our Raleigh, NC headquarters. We are looking for a driven, professional, organized administrative assistant to support our Training team. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support (phone, email, video calls) through our Learning Management System
  • Electronic processing such as Excel data management, Outlook scheduling, collecting online surveys, updating records, and monitoring email account for information to input on company intranet
  • Other duties include, but are not limited to, performing general administrative duties such as invoice submission, mailing, scanning, filing, materials fulfillment, and rotational front desk coverage as needed
Qualifications:
  • Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn new tasks and/or software programs quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and client-oriented
  • Ability to effectively partner with team members and other administrative staff
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistance
Preferred Experience:
  • 1 year of related administrative experience
Office hours are 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am - 11:30am Friday.
