· Number of Beds – 21
· Number of Staff – 4 -6 Nurses Each Shift (Determined by patient acuity/census)
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift (1 Charge, 3 RN/LPNs, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
o Night Shift ( 1 Charge, 3RN/LPNs, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
· Patient Ratios – 1/5 or 1/6
· Type of equipment – Remote Telemetry Monitoring, Dinamaps, Epidurals, PCA’s, Chest Tubes, and Surgical Drains.
· EMR – Meditech
