• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
