About the Role:
This CNC Machinist position is a hands on role focused on precision machining, CNC operation, and quality driven manufacturing. Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills or lathes to produce high quality parts to specification.
Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and verify part dimensions using precision measurement instruments.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining instructions.
Inspect finished components, document results, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience as a CNC Machinist or CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read blueprints, use micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.
Proficiency with machine setups, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of machining processes, feeds, speeds, and materials.
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment with attention to detail.
