Job Description

Our client, a leading organization at the forefront of AI product development and data privacy, is seeking a CONTRACT Legal AI/Privacy Attorney to support legal and operational initiatives related to AI and data governance. This role will focus on advising on legal frameworks for product builds, supporting vendor and customer contract needs, and helping to establish effective governance structures around AI initiatives. The attorney will also play a key role in optimizing internal policies and procedures, addressing procedural bottlenecks, and working closely with external counsel to define a clear division of responsibilities in AI governance and privacy compliance. This is a part-time role expected to last approximately 3–6 months.
