Our client base runs the full gambit including automotive, electronics, chemicals and materials, consumer packaging, government and military, and sports and entertainment.

We are seeking skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of Exhibit/Tradeshow industry experience and creating a detailed estimate from renderings, sketches, architectural drawings and client specifications. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial kickoff through completion by creating action plans including fixed timelines and evaluated risks. Requires knowledge of custom wood/metal fabrication and finishing, construction materials and building techniques.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Minimum of three to five years’ experience in trade show, theatrical/entertainment construction, and project management.
• Degree in Construction Management, Building Fabrication, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to read and set-up architectural drawings.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
• Manage multiple simultaneous tasks to completion with a sense of urgency to be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency at Office Suite required.
• Professional manner and appearance, articulate and capable of interacting with clients, management and subordinates.
• Anticipate and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.

Tasks include:

• Develops initial estimate of project and manages project budget and resource allocation.
• Produces timely and accurate estimates and proposals of cost on exhibit construction, graphics, show services and transportation; taking in to account company production methods, labor and material costs.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials and expenses.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Oversees all preliminary, construction, setup and ‘as built’ drawings to ensure accuracy. Coordinates all drawing changes and additions with the necessary departments.
• Ensures that all material and resources are available to meet a show's schedule.
• Insures accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to the required departments to successfully complete a project. Initiates and coordinates changes and additions as deemed necessary.
• Write, review, modify, audit, and/ or process all work orders while monitoring related job costs.
• Develop, monitor, and distribute timelines and schedules.
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
