Your schedule

12-hour rotating shifts, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with every other weekend off.

What you’ll handle

• Operate extrusion/thermoforming machinery at or above standards for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
• Diagnose and correct machine-related issues through precise adjustments.
• Perform in-process inspections, identify defects, and take corrective actions immediately.
• Offer practical, innovative ideas to resolve production issues.
• Support less experienced personnel with coaching and best practices.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork: crewing time, machine time, and production quantities.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety and standard work procedures.

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year as an Extrusion Machine Operator in manufacturing; thermoforming background a plus.
• Comfort with a 12-hour rotating schedule including every other weekend.
• Dependability—arrive early and be ready to start on time.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving/troubleshooting on extrusion equipment.
• Effective communication and meticulous, on-time recordkeeping.
• Analytical ability and solid math skills.
• Experience with quality checks and production measurement tools; knowledge of product quality standards.
• Willingness to wear required PPE: hairnets, beard-nets, steel-toed shoes/boots, ear protection, bump caps.
• Manual dexterity.
