The Position : We’re looking for an experienced and versatile technician to join our Maintenance Team. The pay range we’re offering is $25 - $34 per hour (based on skills and experience).

Requirements: - 3 or more years of industrial maintenance practical experience.
- Experience in an environment that is fast paced and customer service focused.
- Experience in facility maintenance, electrical troubleshooting and repair with 120 – 480v 3 Phase, mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Creative skills and experience in the design and fabrication of equipment repairs and improvements.
- Microsoft Office and Outlook experience.
- Valid Drivers License is required.
Responsibilities: - Respond to maintenance requests ensuring the operation of equipment at optimum levels to meet customer demand.
- Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Diagnose and locate source of problems through observation and experience.
- Fabricate repair parts internally or secures outside sources for repairs.
- Implement operational improvements (reducing scrap, downtime, improving line speeds, etc.).
- Assist with production line work as needed.
- Train others to operate equipment and produce products safely and efficiently.
- Observes all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping.
- Assists designated facilities in diagnosing problems and leading through repairs and corrective actions.
- Communicate with company managers daily ensuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
