This role is crucial in ensuring accurate laboratory results that contribute to effective patient care. The Medical Technologist will work in various healthcare settings, utilizing their expertise in laboratory procedures and techniques. Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols for specimen collection and processing.
• Utilize advanced laboratory techniques and equipment to conduct tests effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure proper documentation of procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide insights for patient care.
• Participate in quality control and assurance programs to uphold laboratory standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• BLS | ASCP - Medical Technologist, or Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)-AMT (strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Experience with specimen collection processing and venipuncture techniques is essential.
• Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail are required.
