Personal Care Assistant needed for Fulton County We are seeking an experienced compassionate Bilingual (English/Hindi) Personal Care Assistant to provide essential daily living assistance to medically fragile children and adults in their home. The ideal candidate will assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort. We provide online and onsite training. Duties, include but not limited to

• Provide direct support to clients in their home
• Assist individuals with ADL's including, Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Hair washing, and personal hygiene and companionship.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions, assist with eating as necessary.
• Turning and position of the client
• Transfer and ambulation
• Dressing or undressing the client
• Drive client to appointments or outings as necessary
• Offer care giving services with empathy and respect
• Appropriate reporting of changes in client status
• Ability to work with Pediatric and Adult population

• High school diploma, GED or higher education
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Georgia drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated including Seasonal Flu, Covid, T-Dap (Tetanus) and Hepatitis B or proof of immunity
• Completed Personal Care training program and competency
• CPR and First aid certification
• Maturity and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
• Knowledge of care giving practices and techniques
• Bilingual English/Hindi
• Have sympathetic attitude toward the care of children, the sick and elderly
• Must be reliable, flexible with time, and pays close attention to detail as it relates to patient care
